The Latest News on the SAC cameras |
SAC Imaging has been re-designing its range of CCD cameras and the SAC 10 will now be
part of the new NGC range. The NGC range shares a common electronics platform across
a number of camera models fitted with Sony CCDs. There is no official release date for any
of SAC Imaging's cameras.

will be announced as soon as get an update from SAC Imaging.

SAC9V Announced
28th February 2007
|
|
SAC Imaging has announced the new SAC9V in colour and monochrome models. The SAC9V, unlike the SAC 9 and SAC 8.5
is a shorter exposure camera. Each exposure cannot be more than 2 seconds. However, the camera will still be
light sensitive due to its Sony sensor. The camera is expected to become available in late 2007.

SAC4-II and SAC8.5 are Out of Stock

The SAC 4-II, SAC 8.5 and SAC9 cameras are currently out of stock. The SAC4-II and SAC4-IID
incorporate air-cooling. The SAC 8.5 and SAC 9 incorporate Peltier cooling and exhibits high light sensitivity.
